Once we have received a referral, we will review and determine if we are the best people to provide a service. We will then contact the client (or family if applicable) to organise an appointment. Please ensure that the contact details (phone) for the client is provided. If we are unable to provide a service, we will contact the referrers and let them know.

Due to the nature of our limited availability, we are unable to manage acute referrals, or emergencies.
